The Right Time
When it’s the right time love rushes in
When it’s the right time the heartbeat begins
There’s no rhyme or reason
When the loneliness ends
When it’s the right time love wins
"Night Time Is the Right Time" or "The Right Time" is a rhythm and blues song recorded by American musician Nappy Brown in 1957, also by Ray Charles, James Brown and more. This is how I feel about our up coming forum “World in a Brainstorm.”  We have decided to postpone it till 5th, 6th and 7th May 2023.

To keep you in the loop we will feature participating speakers. This edition features Professor Jenny Rodger.  Meet one of our colleagues, PLEX RP Alynka Youngman and M4M marched in the streets of Bern in the second Swiss Mad Pride parade – 4000 participants!

Mad Pride

Thank you very much Manon, Jean-Pierre and Maé!
Dear Mad Pride friends

The Second National Mad Pride is history.  Last Saturday, after repeated postponements due to COVID, it was finally able to take place.

Almost 4,000 people from all over Switzerland took part in the colourful  parade through Bern's old town.  In an exuberant, happy mood, they paraded through the streets in the direction of Bundesplatz in colourful costumes and with many messages formulated on T-shirts and posters.

Quite a few spectators spontaneously joined the march, which was carried out in a peaceful atmosphere with lots of music and loud shouts.  After about 90 minutes, the parade reached the Bundesplatz, where a 3-hour cultural program and dedicated speeches awaited the participants at almost 35 degrees.

Not everyone braved the heat and some left the Bundesplatz earlier than intended.  But that had no effect on the performances, which were presented with a lot of joy, commitment and creativity.  They were accompanied by the inspired moderation by Marina Fischer and Patrick Morier-Genoud.

Mad Pride 2022 was a complete success.  We would like to thank all the volunteers who, with their great commitment, contributed to the fact that the whole event went off peacefully and safely.
